Have a quick look in your spam or junk folder first, sometimes it ends up there. Still nothing after a few minutes? Go back to the Truth About Dyslexia book page, click through to the audiobook, then click "Already purchased? Log in to listen." Type in the same email you used to buy the audiobook and we'll send the link again.

No problem, nothing is lost. Your place in the book is saved against your account, not your device or browser, so you can always get back in this way:

1. Go back to the Truth About Dyslexia book page.
2. Click through to the audiobook.
3. Click "Already purchased? Log in to listen."
4. Enter the same email you bought the audiobook with.
5. Open the new email that arrives and click the link.

You'll land right back at the exact chapter and moment you left off, even though it's a fresh login.

3. Next time you want to listen, just tap that bookmark. You'll be straight back at the chapter and moment you stopped.
